About School CounselingSchool Counselors assist students in the areas of Academic Counseling, Career Counseling, and Personal/Social Development. We are here to support students, advocate for their success, and connect families with resources as needed. In collaboration with students, teachers, parents, and the community we work to ensure that students are successful and prepared for life during high school and after.

In our school counseling office, what is said here, stays here, with the following exceptions as required by law and/or ethical standards: 1. Harm to self 2. Abuse or neglect 3. Court or other legal proceedings If there ever is a need to reveal information, we will let you know in advance and work with you to handle the situation in a way that respects you, your feelings, and your needs. The Counseling Office is located on the second floor of AHS. We are available to assist you Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. |
