Sports Eligibility Packets
will be available in the high school office in August.  These packets need to be filled out one time each year for students participating in sports and/or fine arts activities.  Sports physicals are good for 3 years.  Sports fees are $120 for grades 9-12 and $60 for grades 7-8, with a $500 per year family cap. Fees can be paid in the high school office or on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.   Be sure to get your packet and fee in BEFORE the first day of practice!
